SSAFE Strategic Planning Review Panel Application

SSAFE leadership is crafting a 5-year strategic plan to guide our organization’s growth and impact in the coming years.

To ensure the plan reflects the diversity of perspectives within our membership, we are inviting SSAFE Chapter residents to participate as reviewers.

Reviewers will:

• Watch a 30-minute video explaining the SSAFE strategic planning process.
• Read a concise 2-3 page draft of the strategic plan framework. 
• Following directions, provide feedback using a structured format designed to capture your valuable insights.
• Estimated time commitment: 1.5-3 hours

This is an opportunity to contribute directly to the future of SSAFE and ensure the plan aligns with the needs and goals of our chapters.
