Portfolio Manager 101 for Senior Living Communities

SSAFE has created a step-by-step guide to take you through the process of obtaining a carbon footprint using the free Energy Star Portfolio manager tool provided by the EPA. The downloadable instructions will guide you from the initial step of creating an account all the way through the final report using visuals of the software each step of the way.

We hope this guide proves valuable as your community benchmarks its carbon emissions on the journey toward net-zero. Since we are committed to ongoing improvement, we welcome your feedback on your experiences, including copies of your carbon footprint, EUI, or other reporting.
