The Energy Committees at the Kendal Crosslands senior living communities are groups of residents who devote time and work to reducing the carbon footprint of the entire community, and persuading staff and residents to take the necessary steps to do so. The community recently installed a large TV screen in the lobby to display a dashboard of energy consumption on campus. The idea was adopted from a local high school that Kendal-Crosslands has connections with. The dashboard is a great way for residents to see the results of their overall efforts.
